Key Responsibilities

  • •Help the store meet or exceed sales and profit targets by taking ownership of store KPI and individual performance targets.
  • •Prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
  • •Ensure deliveries are completed quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
  • •Accurately record and manage inter-store and warehouse inventory movements in a timely manner.
  • •Guide and train selected team members on basic stockroom processes and behaviors, and provide support when needed.
