Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive architecture strategy, governance, and technical execution for the AMD Instinct stack across RAS, system software, security, platform management, diagnostics, telemetry, and future platform technologies.
  • •Define and own the long-term Instinct stack architecture roadmap across multiple domains.
  • •Drive architectural alignment across RAS, system software, security, platform management, diagnostics, telemetry, manageability, infrastructure, and future platform technologies.
  • •Establish architecture principles, standards, decision frameworks, governance models, and lead architecture reviews for next-generation Instinct platforms.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of architects and domain experts; partner with silicon architecture, firmware, software, validation, product management, and executive leadership to drive execution and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •Deep expertise in datacenter GPU, AI accelerator, HPC, and large-scale or platform architecture.
  • •Experience spanning hardware, firmware, system software, security, reliability, diagnostics, and platform management.
  • •Proven experience leading architecture teams for complex GPU, CPU, SoC, accelerator, or rack-scale platform programs.
  • •Strong understanding of RAS, telemetry, serviceability, manageability, resiliency, security, and system-level performance tradeoffs.
