Key Responsibilities

  • •Support client engagements focused on revenue growth, pricing optimization, sales effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, and operational performance improvement.
  • •Assist with operational due diligence, cost optimization, synergy assessment, and integration and carve-out engagements.
  • •Gather, organize, and analyze financial, operational, customer, market, and sales-related data to generate insights.
  • •Conduct primary research, including interview synthesis and survey and web-based research to inform analyses.
  • •Develop financial models and client-ready presentations, workpapers, and actionable recommendations/implementation plans.

Key Requirements
