Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own the entire manufacturing readiness process for complex data center networking products, coordinating with Design, NPI, and full-scale production
  • •Drive production line layout, capacity modeling, and capital equipment procurement to support hyperscale demand
  • •Define and maintain the manufacturing technology roadmap for advanced packaging and high-layer-count PCBs to ensure signal integrity
  • •Function as DFX expert, leading design reviews (DFM, DFA, DFT) and influencing product architecture for yield, quality, and cost efficiency
  • •Architect and implement robust manufacturing processes and System-Level Functional Test strategies, including Six Sigma quality objectives and ATE lifecycle management

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred)
  • •5+ years in manufacturing engineering with at least 3 years in NPI and high-volume product launches in data center networking
  • •Expert-level knowledge of high-layer count PCBA manufacturing and BGA/FC-BGA soldering/rework, with process control for large-format boards
  • •Experience designing and qualifying production Functional Test (FT) systems and managing test coverage for complex network systems
  • •Fluency with PFMEA, SPC, and DOE; leadership and cross-functional collaboration across global contract manufacturers/ODMs
