Join the TikTok Engineering Test Team to help ensure the quality of Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives across real business scenarios. You’ll participate in LLM quality assurance, assist in building quality systems for large model applications, and develop testing tools throughout the AI transformation. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in quality assurance for TikTok’s LLM initiatives and help build quality systems for large model applications.
•Develop testing tools for the test team during the AI transformation across testing phases.
•Execute quality and efficiency projects for LLMs, including change control, automated testing, effectiveness evaluation, and LLM security.
•Investigate and implement optimizations to address quality and efficiency pain points across engineering and algorithm teams.
•Track cutting-edge large model and AIGC technologies to explore and iterate on new QA and efficiency solutions.

Key Requirements

•Final year or recently graduated in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Understand basic software engineering and testing processes, including common testing methods and tools.
•Solid programming foundation with at least one language among Python, Go, Java, or C++; experience building automated testing scripts/tools is preferred.
•Strong learning ability and innovation awareness, with willingness to try new technologies and solve complex problems.
•Strong interest in AIGC and large model application scenarios; experience in AI projects, model evaluation, or test development is preferred.
