Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own a high-velocity, full-funnel growth engine including paid, organic, partnerships, referral, and ABM; implement a rigorous experimentation program across audiences and creative to drive pipeline.
•Translate brand narratives into performance assets across ads, pages, nurture, and external creative to maintain high brand standards while maximizing conversion.
•Design growth instrumentation and dashboards; partner with RevOps/Analytics for accurate tracking, taxonomy, and attribution to inform decisions.
•Manage agencies/contractors with clear operating models and performance expectations; negotiate scope and ensure outcomes.
•Serve as the growth DRI (driver) for strategy, cadence, and cross-functional alignment, turning stakeholders into an integrated growth squad.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level, hands-on experience running integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS (healthtech a plus).
•Adept both in creative work and analytics —as comfortable writing a high‑impact brief as you are instrumenting a funnel or interrogating attribution.
•Excellent influencing, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to drive decisions without formal authority
•Systems thinker who can design scalable processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences
•Bias toward action: ship, learn, and iterate while maintaining brand standards
