Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform visual and tactile inspection of ED-coated bodies for surface defects and classify defects per quality guidelines.
  • •Identify defects such as ED roughness, ED dust, ED runsags, or excessive film and mark defects accordingly.
  • •Carry out manual sanding of ED surfaces using approved abrasive papers and tools with correct grit sequence and sanding area control.
  • •Ensure sanding does not damage ED film thickness, edges, sharp corners, or welded joints; maintain proper housekeeping and safe work practices.
  • •Achieve defined production targets while following standard work instructions and participate in shift handover and 5S improvements.
