Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end provider care model, building a cross-provider approach that drives world-class patient health outcomes.
  • •Own clinical buildout of new care offerings by partnering with Corporate Strategy to develop protocols, SOPs, oversight processes, and onboarding/training design for new provider types.
  • •Drive measurable improvements in attach rates and health outcomes by continuously improving the clinical care model using new research and internal data.
  • •Drive clinical integration across provider types by turning standalone services into one coherent care model, including referral pathways and inter-provider communication.
  • •Partner at the leadership level with Medical Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product to align clinical rigor, new offering launches, and clinical tooling/provider experience.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience, ideally with deep clinical operations experience.
  • •Experience working directly with clinicians (or in a healthcare field), with the ability to build clinical workflows and drive oversight.
  • •Demonstrated player-coach capability to lead hands-on 0→1 building while setting strategy and developing the team behind it.
  • •Experience leading teams and strong people management skills, including managing senior direct reports.
  • •A first-principles, data-driven mindset to synthesize learnings and make high-stakes care model decisions with conviction.
