Job Summary

Own the end-to-end clinical care model as Nourish expands from dietitian-led metabolic health into medical care (including GLP-1s) and therapy. Build provider workflows, protocols, SOPs, oversight, and onboarding/training for new provider types, then integrate them into a seamless patient experience. Lead a 0→1 effort, translate clinical learnings into scalable strategy, and drive measurable improvements in attach rates and health outcomes while partnering across Clinical Strategy, Medical Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end provider care model, building a cross-provider approach that drives world-class patient health outcomes.
•Own clinical buildout of new care offerings by partnering with Corporate Strategy to develop protocols, SOPs, oversight processes, and onboarding/training design for new provider types.
•Drive measurable improvements in attach rates and health outcomes by continuously improving the clinical care model using new research and internal data.
•Drive clinical integration across provider types by turning standalone services into one coherent care model, including referral pathways and inter-provider communication.
•Partner at the leadership level with Medical Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product to align clinical rigor, new offering launches, and clinical tooling/provider experience.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience, ideally with deep clinical operations experience.
•Experience working directly with clinicians (or in a healthcare field), with the ability to build clinical workflows and drive oversight.
•Demonstrated player-coach capability to lead hands-on 0→1 building while setting strategy and developing the team behind it.
•Experience leading teams and strong people management skills, including managing senior direct reports.
•A first-principles, data-driven mindset to synthesize learnings and make high-stakes care model decisions with conviction.
