Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain report-outs by partnering with stakeholders to understand business objectives, vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • •Facilitate intake and triage of new requests through Workfront for initiatives and small enhancements.
  • •Support impact assessment and stack-ranking, and partner with ATS teams to estimate level of effort and feasibility.
  • •Drive end-to-end program management for initiatives using ATS SLC and Jira, including discovery/proof of concept work, governance setup, and delivery monitoring.
  • •Prepare executive briefings and governance communications, manage changes/risks, and coordinate release announcement, hypercare, and decommissioning as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,800 - 260,350 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years as a program manager in software and/or related technology, preferably in Customer Experience with web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • •Experience managing multi-discipline teams with both business and technical resources.
  • •Experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid) and tailoring approaches for program success.
  • •Optional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or CSM (certification a plus).
