Support Ankura's Turnaround & Restructuring practice in the EMEA region by coordinating project work streams, performing financial analysis and modelling, and contributing to business development. Key Responsibilities

•Organise project work streams, achieve engagement objectives and assist with business development.
•Perform financial analysis to assimilate complex information and form pragmatic, clear action plans for the project team and clients.
•Create detailed 13-week cash flow forecasts and three-statement financial models with subsequent analysis (cashflow sensitivity, baselining, forecast reviews).
•Identify immediate improvements through cost reduction, operational transformation and working capital optimization, and advocate for adoption with client leadership.
•Contribute to turnaround scenarios and drive client relationships, industry events participation and business development initiatives.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in Financial Restructuring or related practice areas; strong quantitative, financial, analytical and modelling skills
•A degree in Business, Finance or Engineering, and/or a financial qualification such as CFA, ACA or ACCA is preferable but not essential
•Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders as part of a wider transformation/restructuring
•Experience of developing business plans, financial projections, and identifying/implementing restructuring solutions; valuation theory and applications
•Willingness to travel nationally and internationally and work overtime as needed
