Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply and implement all safety and quality standards.
  • •Operate, inspect, repair, maintain, install, commission, and troubleshoot production lines mechanically.
  • •Handle digital operating and data capture systems (e.g., SAP) and apply work systems based on Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Ensure technical ownership of a production line area and independently identify and fix defects.
  • •Perform maintenance and format-change work, support projects and test runs, and participate in the daily prioritization process (e.g., shift handover).

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, or a comparable mechanical qualification.
  • •First experience in maintenance work (mechanical).

  • •Very good German communication skills (B2) in speaking and writing; analytical and systematic problem-solving ability.
