Job Summary

Provide cross-technology managed services by proactively resolving complex technical incidents and ensuring client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational. Manage high-complexity tickets with zero missed SLA conditions, monitor systems, analyze and escalate issues, and drive operational improvements. Create knowledge articles, mentor junior and L2 engineers, collaborate across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications, and support automation/optimization and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents to maintain operational readiness and service quality.
•Monitor systems, apply monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and analyze, assign, and escalate support calls.
•Perform pre-emptive service incident resolution and contribute to operational improvements and product reviews.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior and L2 team members on execution and advanced troubleshooting.
•Engage with third-party vendors as needed, keep systems/portals updated, and support optimization/automation and project delivery including disaster recovery functions.

Key Requirements

•Extensive managed services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Communication and collaboration skills across different cultures and social groups.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
