Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support sales activities through outbound calling and identifying client needs. Play a key role in Integrated Relationship Management and help with new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
