Senior Counsel, Vendor

Lead and grow the Vendor Legal team for a high-growth fintech organization. You’ll manage priorities and execution, negotiate and draft a wide range of vendor agreements (including technology, cloud, SaaS, data platform, contractor, marketing/creative, lease, and payment processing), and maintain your own deal portfolio. Build scalable contract templates and negotiation playbooks, partner cross-functionally with procurement and engineering, and develop training so business partners can self-serve on routine matters.
