Supervise daily deboning and production line operations to maintain high quality, yields, and safe working conditions. Review production orders and ensure proper staffing before startup, oversee equipment and workstations (including USDA inspection), and manage inventory rotation and accurate product coding and shipments. Lead team member training and coaching, promote daily safety, keep records for reworked/returned product, and coordinate with other supervisors to resolve processing issues.

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
•Check daily production orders, ensure staffing is complete before line startup, and oversee daily team member exercises and job rotation.
•Ensure machinery performance and that workstations have passed USDA inspection.
•Manage accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product.
•Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, and oversee training, retention, and counseling for team members.
