Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead coordination with sales, field engineering, and services to plan and execute post-sale technical delivery for prioritized use cases
  • •Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple teams, guiding onboarding, enablement, and production go-live
  • •Act as first point of contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status and coordinate with specialists to resolve complex problems
  • •Develop and maintain execution plans for customer-facing technical teams, including enablement, adoption, and governance activities
  • •Provide internal and external updates on usage, customer health, risks, and adoption progress to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery within Data and AI
  • •Programming experience in Python, Spark and Databricks (or similar data platform)
  • •Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
  • •Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems
  • •Technical program or project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
