Job Summary

Deliver Dealer.com’s premium Search/Generative Engine Optimization service as a fully remote USA SEO Specialist II. Analyze website and local SEO performance data, evaluate client sites, and implement on- and off-site improvements using white-hat tactics. Support monthly client marketing calls, produce client-facing reports with KPIs and insights, run research and optimizations (including Google Business/Posts), troubleshoot ranking/visibility declines, and mentor newer SEO team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Create reports reviewing website performance, optimizations completed, and proactive ongoing organic/generative optimization strategy.
•Improve local SEO by implementing local SEO tactics and executing Google Posts, reporting on local SEO KPIs.
•Provide support on monthly marketing calls with clients, offering technical expertise and reinforcing SEO program value.
•Complete search/generative engine requests such as market and competitive research, webpage optimization, Google My Business optimization, and analytics analysis.
•Use third-party SEO tools to identify opportunities, troubleshoot negative KPI/ranking trends, and mentor newer SEO team members.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
•Understanding of how search algorithms work and knowledge of search engine optimization tactics.

•Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry tools.
•Basic knowledge of HTML and Microsoft Office, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
