Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily store operations and guide the on-site team to deliver an exceptional WOW shopping experience.
  • •Provide on-the-job training and coaching to the team, focusing on why, what, and how-to for in-store skills.
  • •Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute product displays, seasonal setups, and visual merchandising.
  • •Manage inventory tasks including receiving, returns, stock checks, and loss prevention, as well as cash handling and till reconciliation.
  • •Support brand community activities and initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and in-store experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with a passion for retail and sports/athletic brands
  • •1+ year of supervisory or training experience, with a proven ability to coach others
  • •Strong product knowledge and ability to train staff on product benefits and usage
  • •Basic English communication skills (priority) and willingness to support weekend/holiday shifts
  • •Ability to plan and execute visual merchandising, stock management (receiving/returns/inventory/damage control), and checkout operations
