Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great, customer-facing experience. Load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler to ensure safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain safe driving standards in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy and meet physical and licensing requirements.
