Job Summary

Generate and qualify pipeline by identifying companies actively hiring for roles Wing can support, researching target accounts, and reaching out via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Run outbound campaigns and hold early discovery calls to understand needs and fit, then book qualified meetings for Account Executives. Partner closely with Sales to hand off opportunities and keep CRM data accurate, while feeding insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve messaging.

•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run focused outbound campaigns around hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Hold early discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote and AI-enabled workforce solutions.
•Book qualified appointments for Account Executives and maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years of sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Interest in B2B sales, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
•Proven success in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and persuasively earn the next meeting.
•Strong research, organization, and resilience to pursue activity metrics and booked meeting targets.
