Detection and Response Engineer (AU)

Own and improve the detection strategy and closed-loop incident response process across DroneShield’s security tooling. Triage and investigate security incidents across endpoints, cloud, and SaaS, coordinating cross-team response and incident reviews. Build and tune detection rules in SIEM, improve alert fidelity, and develop automation/playbooks using scripting. Leverage threat intelligence and vulnerability metrics to expand detection coverage and response speed, based at central Sydney headquarters.
