Lead ByteDance’s global Employee Relations (ER) strategy and operations, partnering with global and regional teams across EMEA, AMS, and APAC in 30+ countries. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, oversee high-risk case management and investigations, and help localize employment policies across 45+ jurisdictions. Represent the company in complex labor negotiations, mitigate ER risks during restructuring and redundancies, and drive digital transformation via an “ER One-Stop System.”
