Key Responsibilities

•Run weekly pipeline reporting, priority-deal updates, and pipeline hygiene, including sales pipeline review with CEMEA preparations.
•Deliver quarterly reporting on core deals and provide updates on wins and market developments.
•Collaborate with AEs to update MSD so figures align with the approved Code 5 model.
•Manage KPIs and scorecard metrics, tracking monthly performance and sharing results with the leadership team.
•Select and follow up on client participation, prepare action plans from survey results, and support events work including client nominations and compliance screening.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of successful track record in sales excellence and project management.
•5+ years’ experience in data analytics, with the ability to review reports and extract insights that drive strategy and executive decision-making.
•Develop and implement Sales Excellence programs in partnership with regional and training teams.
