Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed performance metrics including sales and consumer service and “charms.”
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and manage daily store deadlines and follow up on daily activities.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
