Direct and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while aligning with brand purpose and values. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, daily store operations, and community connection. Coach staff to exceed productivity and sales goals, oversee floor coverage and opening/closing, and help ensure training, compliance, expense control, loss prevention, audits, and weekly reporting.
