Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of global sourcing and supplier development strategic initiatives to support Ferguson’s global sourcing needs.
  • •Define product cost structure, identify cost savings opportunities, and lead cost-optimization projects.
  • •Explore, qualify, and onboard category-related suppliers, including contract negotiation and execution.
  • •Implement global new and existing product development and sourcing projects to ensure successful delivery of the product development pipeline.
  • •Manage supplier performance with scorecards and business reviews, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure continuity of supply while supporting inventory optimization goals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of sourcing, product development, design/engineering, material and commodity management, or supply chain related experience (HVAC equipment and accessories a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • •CPSM certification preferred.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and a customer service orientation.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with experience presenting to large groups.
