Lead the end-to-end development process for assigned Originals Apparel products, from concept brief through production readiness, managing fast-phase timelines and season briefs. Own apparel development management with a focus on integrity, engineering decisions, fit approvals, manufacturability, and timely completion. Partner with pattern/material experts, product marketing, design, suppliers, and Tier-1 partners to manage costing, samples, testing, escalations, and system data updates while mentoring junior team members.
