Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead key programs across multiple functions and program teams to drive engineering development and implementation for multiple products or services.
  • •Develop program strategy, budgets, and resource allocation plans for the Global Business Unit, including profit and loss management.
  • •Coordinate and align supporting program teams and internal/external development partners to ensure execution against unit strategy.
  • •Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors, and identify/resolve risks tied to early builds.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation through new technologies and quality initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline (or commensurate experience).
  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation or related program/project work.
  • •Experience with project planning tools and software packages, plus people management.
  • •Knowledge of program management practices including scheduling, milestones, risk management, and compliance evaluation.
