Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive short- and long-term cost and Max Out goals within Front End, aligned to corporate business objectives.
  • •Initiate and lead cross-functional programs; define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
  • •Manage methodologies and tools for business process, including reporting, and support execution of IPP goals.
  • •Establish program structure and dependencies; prioritize programs and track milestones and deliverables.
  • •Provide progress proposals and regular updates; identify roadblocks and execute resolution plans; communicate priorities/roadmaps to leadership and sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Experience and understanding of Micron Front End (FE) manufacturing and business processes.
  • •Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • •Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals, multitask, and lead team execution to meet deadlines and objectives.
