Software Engineer, Backend (Release Engineering)

Build and evolve release engineering tooling that helps engineers develop, test, and package changes for production at Benchling. Improve developer experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback, and partner across product, design, and engineering to streamline workflows and boost productivity. You’ll help scale Benchling’s product and team by maturing tooling, best practices, engineering processes, and hiring—while contributing to an AI-first platform for biotech R&D.
