Lead go-to-market for UiPath professional services in the finance sector. Key Responsibilities

•Own and communicate product and services knowledge, including UiPath offerings and competitor positioning, to support GTM efforts.
•Collaborate with product GTM, sales and external teams to design, scope, and proposal services offerings for new accounts and market segments (T&M and Fixed Fee).
•Develop and present business cases to customers’ economic buyers, including automation ROI and implementation scoping.
•Coordinate with account teams and GTM partners to scope, contract, and onboard partner delivery teams and evangelize partner capabilities on the UiPath platform.
•Align UiPath services offerings with financial industry needs and support GTM, marketing, and account teams within the Financials sector to drive targeted outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer-facing services selling experience OR software sales with enterprise-scale implementations
•5+ years of sales engineering experience aligning offerings to customer needs
•Experience solving for automation or agentic services in an enterprise software context
•Ability to design and size service packages (time-and-material and fixed-fee contracts)
•Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Software professional services landscape and AI/automation technology value
