Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and define enterprise architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts using enterprise modernization and capability mapping.
  • •Engage with and present to customer C-level executives, aligning their strategic objectives with the Celonis technical strategy.
  • •Identify and architect solutions leveraging emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
  • •Act as the bridge between Celonis product and engineering teams and the client’s teams to deliver technical services.
  • •Assess customer IT landscape maturity and participate in pre- and post-sales phases with customer architecture and security teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of relevant experience in roles such as software vendor architect, CTO, or enterprise architect.
  • •Ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
  • •Proven experience presenting complex technical concepts and strategic visions to C-level executives.
  • •Demonstrated capability mapping, enterprise modernization experience, and strong understanding of Agentic AI.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS, ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics CRM), ServiceNow, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise architectures.
