Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for customers and manage/coordinate subcontractors.
  • •Configure, program, verify, and test the operation of security installations.
  • •Troubleshoot access control, presence systems, CCTV, intrusion, intercom, and building management systems, including associated IT networks.
  • •Ensure security systems remain optimized and up to date across customer sites.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to elevate team capability and support safety-first outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum MBO+ level with a preference for engineer security systems (MBV/TBV), electrotechnics, installation technology, IT, or a comparable field.
  • •Communicative, analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused working style.
  • •Preferably knowledge of building automation systems, servers, and network technologies.
  • •Valid Dutch driver’s license (rijbewijs B) to drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
  • •Strong organizational skills and willingness to take part in on-call fault services, plus good command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
