Key Responsibilities

  • •Create technical content (blog posts, written tutorials, and long/short-form video) that teaches developers how to build AI agents on Cresta.
  • •Build and maintain sample apps, code snippets, and reference integrations, including open-source repos when appropriate.
  • •Plan and run workshops for developers and partners (virtual and in-person) to take them from zero to a working agent.
  • •Represent Cresta at conferences, meetups, and partner events through talks and demos.
  • •Stay hands-on with agent building and testing (prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, evaluation) and route feedback from the community to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate with hands-on coding ability.
  • •Practical experience building and testing AI agents, including LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
  • •Comfortable working in Python and/or Golang/TypeScript and able to read and write integration code (APIs, webhooks, CRMs).
  • •A track record of developer content (blog posts, tutorials, or videos) that other engineers have actually used.
  • •Public speaking or workshop facilitation experience and strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
