Member of Technical Staff - Engineering Lead, Shared Services

Lead the Shared Services team that powers Reflection’s research, training, and production environments. Own the build-out and scaling of distributed systems for sharding, replication, coordination, and high-concurrency correctness, while guiding reliability practices like SLI/SLO design, on-call health, and tail-latency optimization. Manage day-to-day execution, mentor systems engineers, and partner with research and training teams to turn their needs into durable platform primitives.
