Job Summary

Leasing Executive supporting GMG's retail footprint expansion through property acquisitions, tenant relations, and leasing documentation; negotiates terms with developers/landlords and coordinates with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant, timely leasing operations across GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in scouting for property acquisition opportunities for new store development / retail expansion across existing and new territories.
•Assist in identifying domestic / regional retail projects in the GCC and other identified / target countries.
•Collaborate with GMG business units to understand and facilitate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project strategy and commercial goals.
•Liaise with developers/landlords and negotiate leasing terms for smaller accounts to obtain the best rates.
•Coordinate with Legal for leasing matters to ensure compliance with GMG’s statutory and legal requirements and with Finance for rental payments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in retail leasing or related fields.
•Experience negotiating leasing terms and liaising with developers/landlords.
•Familiarity with leasing documentation, legal compliance, and financial coordination.
•Ability to scout property acquisition opportunities for new store development / retail expansion in the GCC and other target markets.
