Lead operational planning and execution across the organization’s Central division, partnering with the VP of Operations and executive leadership to drive backlog and conversion goals. Oversee departments spanning measuring, purchasing, fleet, administration, and scheduling—improving processes, systems, and resource use. Manage budgeting, performance reporting, staffing, training, and personnel discipline to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations aligned with the business plan and vision.
