Lead and manage the Legal, Risk & Compliance functions for the Dubai Authority, overseeing litigation, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee management of litigation and disputes involving the Authority, establishing effective legal follow-up mechanisms and coordinating with courts to protect the Authority\'s interests and ensure valid legal proceedings.
•Coordinate with the Dubai Government Legal Department for representation before courts, providing required data, documents, and legal information to ensure efficient representation and optimal judicial outcomes.
•Supervise drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, pleadings, defenses, and court documents to ensure legal accuracy and strong positions for the Authority.
•Monitor ongoing cases and court procedures, reviewing hearings, judgments, and decisions, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure timely legal actions.
•Prepare periodic reports on case progress and analyze legal positions to provide recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor\'s degree in Law or Sharia and Law or an equivalent qualification; Master\'s degree in Law or Public Law preferred.
