Job Summary

Ensure timely, accurate processing, recording, reconciliation, and reporting of brokerage transactions in line with HSBC reporting standards. Support finance/accounting logistics, manage the INPH subsidiary ledger and monitor related receivable/payable and VAT accounts, and validate database entries. Prepare remittance schedules and transfer requests for insurance premium settlements, review payment requests for expenses for compliance, and maintain accurate balance sheet and P&L integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide logistical support for finance and accounting related functions.
•Manage the INPH subsidiary ledger and monitor outstanding items across Premiums Payable, Clients Receivable, Commissions Receivable, VAT accounts, Tax Recoverable, and Cash in Bank.
•Ensure integrity of the balance sheet and profit and loss statements.
•Validate entries in the broker’s database and prepare remittance schedules and transfer requests for premium settlement to insurance providers.
•Review payment requests for operational and administrative expenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of related work experience.
•Graduate of a business-related course, preferably Accountancy.
•Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
•Proficiency in MS Excel.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with a team player mindset.
