Perform process and support work for the Gravure Press operation, handling product flow into the press room, roll stand tasks, material handling, and forklift support where applicable. Monitor job quality and accuracy, support troubleshooting and downtime recovery, and complete make-ready, setup/breakdown, and cleaning duties. Ensure EHS compliance with PPE, hazardous materials handling, and safe disposal, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product for pressing, stack and place on pallets, and print pallet labels using job docket information.
•Ensure correct product loading onto pallets/material handling, including robot setup/troubleshooting if applicable.
•Review completed jobs for quality and accuracy, pull samples per procedure, and notify operators of problems/errors.
•Perform downtime and cleaning duties, including webbing the press, assisting operators when the press is down, and press-area cleanup.
•Handle make-ready/setup/breakdown tasks such as doctor blade setup/removal, cylinders/carriages setup, impression roller or stacker changeovers, and roll stand operations (if applicable).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) with one to three years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
•Very good mechanical and physical ability to perform press room and related tasks.
•Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for company equipment.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and balancing.
•Ability to work rotating shifts and availability for overtime as needed to meet production needs.
