•Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis for solar systems.
•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Work with leadership to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Train and develop Field Service and Field Communications Technicians; support onboarding for new team members.
•Lead regular meetings, exceed field performance KPI goals, and assist with inspections and site audits as assigned.

Salary: USD 46.61 - 62.15

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
•High school diploma is required.
•Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license/electrician certification (or equivalent, e.g., wireman license) per local and state requirements.
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•Ability to interpret single line drawings and understand PV systems from roof to meter, including solar interconnection/tie-in activities.
