  • •Develop workflow engine nodes to automate moderation pipelines, enforcement actions, and NCMEC reporting.
  • •Create and enhance review queue UI features such as QA decision overrides, labeling, forms, and skills-based routing.
  • •Build analytics and metrics dashboards using a React frontend backed by a Django/GraphQL API.
  • •Improve reliability by defining SLIs, increasing pipeline throughput, and owning oncall for systems where downtime stops moderation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building production software across the stack, using Django (or similar), React (or similar), relational databases, and message/event systems.
