Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,300 - 183,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience, typically 6+ years of professional experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • •6+ years of software engineering.
  • •4+ years developing software solutions.
  • •2+ years as a contributing leader or manager on technical teams (or equivalent lead-level experience).
  • •3+ years working in agile processes, with experience using AI-driven development tooling (Claude and ChatGPT).
