Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, with training provided.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect vehicles to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain compliance with role requirements and local licensing/notary timelines during the first weeks/months of employment.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and vehicle detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; all applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • •Must (or be able to) obtain required licensing/notary and meet state-specific DMV access requirements, including obtaining a Chauffeur’s license/specialty license (some states) or other state-specific licenses (varies by state) within the stated timeframes.
