Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain consistent execution of daily tasks and recurring responsibilities within Card Disputes to support SLA delivery.
  • •Meet individual SLAs and KPIs, and support team performance against Operations targets.
  • •Detect, escalate, and communicate domain-related problems and complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Execute end-to-end investigation and resolution of complex card fraud and non-fraud disputes, ensuring strict compliance with scheme rules and regulatory requirements.
  • •Identify friction points in daily workflows and propose practical improvements to make operations more scalable and efficient.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 750,000 - 950,000 annually
