Build core systems that let industrial robots learn new skills quickly and run them deterministically in customer environments. Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement a distributed execution layer coordinating robot agents, validators, and skill runners across work cells.
•Own the platform concurrency model, including scheduling, synchronization, and failure recovery.
•Build the real-world representation layer that converts camera input into a persistent picture the system can reason over.
•Write performance-critical runtime components in C to produce deterministic, low-latency execution.
•Develop TypeScript interfaces/APIs for robot status, task state, and live feedback, with system observability (tracing and latency profiling).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years building distributed systems with experience in concurrency bugs, partial failures, and consistency tradeoffs.
•Fluent Python and comfort dropping into C/C++ when performance demands it.
•Strong intuitions for concurrent execution, including when to use locks, queues, or message passing.
•Experience building correctness-critical systems such as robotics, autonomous systems, or real-time control.
•Ability to design for retry, rollback, and graceful degradation while maintaining correctness, observability, and API contracts.
