Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Specialist Sales leaders, aligning GTM Strategy & Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • •Drive business performance through KPI reporting, dashboards, executive updates, and ad hoc analysis, surfacing risks and opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • •Own the GTM operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and business reviews.
  • •Lead annual planning and capacity management, including headcount planning, workforce modeling, long-range planning, and organizational design.
  • •Streamline operating processes through data governance, automation, scalable best practices, and continuous process improvement while leading strategic growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in sales/revenue operations, business operations, or strategy consulting, with 2+ years partnering directly with senior software/tech sales leaders ($1B+ sales orgs) preferred.
  • •Experience establishing and managing sales operating rhythms, including business reviews, QBRs, and forecasting processes, using data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.
  • •Intermediate to advanced experience with sales systems and reporting tools, specifically Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Looker, Gong, and Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical, modeling, and AI capabilities to generate insights, automate workflows, and craft executive narratives for data-informed decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
