Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging, practical vocational learning and embed employability, functional skills, and British Values throughout.
  • •Create and maintain Individual Learning Plans and closely track learner progress and achievement.
  • •Design schemes of work, lesson plans, and roll-on/roll-off programmes that respond to a changing learner population.
  • •Administer assessments, marking, and accreditation processes in line with awarding requirements.
  • •Provide pastoral support as a Personal Tutor while maintaining safe, inclusive learning environments following security and safeguarding protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing skills, or work-based learning in education, training, or industry settings.
  • •A minimum Level 3 teaching qualification and Level 3 assessor qualification.
  • •Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support diverse learners.
  • •A commitment to high-quality teaching, continuous improvement, and inclusive learning practice.
  • •Confidence working in a structured environment with clear safeguarding and compliance requirements.
