Provide Banking Center customers with timely, accurate service while processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Conduct needs-based conversations to learn customers’ goals, build trust, and recommend appropriate products to deepen relationships. Support sales, retention, and segmentation initiatives to meet branch growth and profitability objectives. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies while meeting audit and operations requirements.
