Automotive Paint Line Lead - Fountain, CO

Lead day-to-day paint line operations in a Carvana Inspection Center by managing a team of hourly associates to safely move vehicles for repairs and consistently hit production and quality targets. Oversee inventory production goals, coach and develop team members, enforce standards and procedures, and review/approve vehicle defects. Partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall quality.
